The Commission concluded that Internal affairs and the District Attorney's Office did not engage in misconduct during their respective investigations into the allegations of sexual assault against the State Police but the Commission recommended that the State Police take. these actions: Reinforce training for sex crimes investigations, Implement an investigator-civilian e-mail communication protocol, and have enhanced training and increased supervision of trooper conduct at the state fair.
